Parking available in the Gorham Middle School parking lot.
11:30AM - 2:00PM --- Registration --- Directors/Supervisors ONLY
Main Lobby – Middle School
All students:
1. Drop-off instruments and luggage in auditorium
2. Report to Auditorium for general meeting
11:30AM - 9:15PM --- Main Lobby – Gorham Middle School –
T-shirt Sales, Concert Ticket Sales, CD Sales, refreshments
11:30AM - 9:00PM --- Directors Hospitality and Information -
Lobby Conference Room
2:00PM - 2:30PM --- General Meeting - Auditorium
All Students and Directors/Supervisors

Dinner – Gorham Middle School Cafeteria

9:00PM - 9:30PM --- Rehearsals end for both groups. Students take luggage to Main Lobby and board buses for Howard Johnson, Portland.
Instruments may be secured in the Band Room.
9:30PM --- Arrive at The Howard Johnson Plaza, Portland. Students get settled into rooms.
10:30PM --- Curfew

8:30AM - 9:00AM --- Morning Coordination Meeting
All bands – Cafeteria
9:00AM - 9:30AM --- Depart Gorham Middle School for Gorham High School. Bring EVERYTHING; we are not returning to the Middle School.
9:30AM --- Arrival at the dress rehearsal / concert location.
Luggage should be dropped off in designated warm-up areas.
Dress Rehearsals:
10:00AM - 11:00AM --- Symphonic Band Dress Rehearsal.
11:00AM - 12:00AM --- Concert Band Dress Rehearsal.
Other bands watch rehearsals from the back of the hall.
Lunch – Bagged lunches to be eaten cafeteria.
12:00PM - 1:00PM --- Concert and Symphonic Bands
12:00PM - 1:00PM --- Conductors / Committees Boxed Lunch
1:00PM - 2:00PM --- CASCO BAY COMMUNITY BAND Dress Rehearsal: All students attend.
The Concert Hall must be cleared of all personal belongings by 2:00PM.
2:00PM - 2:30PM --- Students change into Concert Dress
Students may change in designated areas. Luggage and Instrument Cases may be stored in the warm-up rooms.
2:00PM --- Concert Tickets, Lobby – McCormack Performing Arts Center
Pick-Up Reserved Tickets & Purchase Tickets
2:30PM --- Concert Hall Doors Open, McCormack Performing Arts Center
