2019 Festival Schedule

While the exact schedule changes year to year, the following is the 2019 schedule.  Most days are spent in group rehearsal, but there are also designated times for sectionals, master classes, and socializing.

THURSDAY
• Arrival
. 11:30AM - 2:00PM: Registration
  2:00PM - 2:30PM:   General Meeting
• Rehearsals
  2:45PM - 5:00PM
• Dinner 
  5:00PM - 6:00PM
• Evening Rehearsals
  6:00PM - 8:30PM
• End of Day
  8:30PM:  Depart for hotel
  10:30PM: Student Curfew

FRIDAY
• Morning Rehearsals & Sectionals
  9:00AM - 11:45PM
• Lunch
  11:45PM - 1:30PM
• Afternoon Rehearsals
  1:30PM - 2:45PM
• Afternoon Rehearsals
  3:00PM - 5:30PM
• Dinner
  4:30PM - 6:30PM
• Evening Rehearsals
  5:30PM - 7:15PM
• End of Day
  7:15PM:  Return to hotel.
